What is coaching?
Coaching is like having a teammate who helps you overcome obstacles and reach your goals - and ultimately, your full potential. Think of it as having your very own cheer leader - but with a sprinkling of challenge on top.
Coaching involves looking ahead, setting goals, increasing self-awareness, breaking down barriers like limiting beliefs, and changing our mindset to create a practical, lasting plan aligned with our values and aspirations for how we want to live.
Coaches listen deeply, ask questions, and give feedback to guide you forward. Unlike just being told what to do, coaching empowers you to take charge of your own growth.
